Shoosh! was published by the State Library of Queensland for First 5 Forever - a play-based program supporting Queensland families to talk, read, sing and play with their babies and young children in the first 5 years.

It was commissioned as part of a 12 book series called Stories for Little Queenslanders. I spent a lot of my childhood in Queensland, so I was delighted to participate and celebrate the sights and sounds of the sunshine state with this fun little story.

The book is available in audio format, as an animated video, and was even turned into a song by the wonderful Nadia Sunde!

It was also released in board book format, and distributed by the bounty bag network to over 60,000 children born in Queensland throughout 2022.
