I draw pictures and write words for books.

I’ve worked with a number of major publishers including Harper Collins, Penguin Random House, Scholastic, Allen & Unwin and Hardie Grant Children’s Publishing. My first authored book, Shoosh!, was published by the State Library of Queensland. The SLQ later re-printed Shoosh! in board-book format, and partnered with the Bounty Bags network to distribute 60,000 copies of the book to every child born in Queensland through 2022.

Also in 2022, Boss of Your Own Body, made with Byll & Beth Stephen and Harper Collins, was nominated for best picture book in the Australian Book Industry Awards. It was also nominated in the Speech Pathology Australia Book of the Year Awards, 3-5 category. The Naughty Dragons series, made with Natalie Jane Prior and Hardie Grant Children's Publishing, was nominated in the Australian Book Design Awards Best Designed Children's Series category. In 2023, my cover for Reece Carter’s A Girl Called Corpse was nominated for the same award in the Best Designed Children’s Fiction Cover category.

Aside from book illustration, I’ve collaborated extensively with ARIA award-winning children’s music group, Teeny Tiny Stevies, designing, directing and animating their music videos. And from 2017-19, I helped found Pirate Size Productions, a screen production company developing and producing high quality entertainment for children, young people and families.

In 2025/26, I’ll be launching two author-illustrated projects; one with UQP, and the other with both Walker Books in Australia and Candlewick Press in the United States.
